Bellini Mimosa
Fresh peach slices
Chilled peach nectar
Sparkling rose wine, prosecco, or champagne, well-chilled
Grenadine syrup

Put fresh peach slices in wine glass and add chilled peach nectar to cover. Top with well-chilled sparkling rose wine, prosecco, or champagne. Add a drop of grenadine syrup to each glass.
